The product is the result.

Every Sonaris test ends in a Result Card: a verdict, the journey step by step, and the evidence to prove it. Here is what you get — when everything works, and when it doesn't.

PASSED +1 800 555 0142
11.8s TOTAL
  1. Call connected 2.1s
  2. Greeting detected 4.3s
  3. “Welcome to Acme” found 4.3s
  4. Reached end of check 11.8s

A passing check

The call connected in 2.1 seconds, a live greeting started at 4.3 seconds, and the expected phrase was found in the transcript. Total time from dial to verdict: 11.8 seconds. The recording and transcript stay attached to this result in your history.

FAILED +1 415 555 0198
32.0s TOTAL
  1. Call connected 2.4s
  2. Audio detected 3.1s
  3. “Thanks for calling” not found 32.0s

A failing check — with the exact point

The line answered and audio was playing — an uptime monitor would call this healthy. But the expected greeting never played: callers were hearing the wrong prompt. The result states factually what was expected, what was heard, and at which step the journey broke.

Anatomy of a result

Verdict

PASSED or FAILED, always with color, icon and label. A verdict is only issued after the whole journey is evaluated — and a failure is confirmed by an automatic retest before you are alerted.

Journey steps

Each step shows what was checked and how long it took, in order: connection, audio, greeting, expected phrases. When something fails, the failing step is marked and everything before it stays visible.

Evidence

The recording and the transcript of the actual call. Not a status code — proof of what a caller heard, that your team can listen to and act on immediately.
