Coverage is published by country and number type, and it only says “available” after we have verified call quality, status reporting and recording on that route ourselves.

What a test validates today
- Call connectivity — connected, busy, no answer, failed or timeout.
- Time to answer and total call duration.
- Audio presence — a live greeting versus dead air or silence.
- Expected phrases — one or more literal phrases found in the transcript.
- Full transcript of what a caller actually hears.
Navigating IVR menus with keypresses (DTMF) is on the roadmap and not part of today's checks. Sonaris currently validates that your line answers and greets callers correctly.
Expanding by demand
New countries and number types are added when customers need them and when we can verify the route end to end. If your number type is listed as planned — or missing entirely — tell us at hello@sonaris.io and we will let you know when it is available.
Brazilian 0800 numbers require a verified domestic call origin. We will not list them as available before that verification is complete.
