Terms of service

1. The service

Sonaris is an automated phone and IVR monitoring service operated by Engel Tecnologia ("we", "us"). Sonaris places real telephone calls to numbers you designate, records and transcribes those calls where permitted, evaluates the results against checks you configure, and notifies you of failures.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and use Sonaris on behalf of a business or organization. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Authorized numbers only

You may only test or monitor numbers that you own, manage, or are explicitly authorized to test. Each test requires a declaration of authorization. Testing numbers without authorization is a material breach of these terms and of our acceptable use policy, and results in suspension or termination.

4. Service limits

Plans include published limits — number of monitored numbers, minimum check intervals, monthly test allowances and history retention. Current limits are published on the pricing page and apply as shown at the time of purchase or renewal. We may block or ask for confirmation before executions that exceed your allowance.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time through the billing portal. Charges and renewal terms are presented at checkout.

6. Recordings and evidence

Call recordings, transcripts and metadata are stored as evidence for your results, protected and retained according to your plan and to our privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring that recording calls to your numbers is lawful in the relevant jurisdictions and for any notice or consent your own callers or systems require.

7. Availability and disclaimers

Sonaris is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee. The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that every failure will be detected or that alerts will always be timely. Phone networks introduce variability outside our control.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, the acceptable use policy, or that create risk for the service, other customers, or third parties. You may close your account at any time; data deletion follows the privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
