Privacy policy
Draft — pending legal review. Last updated: August 9, 2026.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization.
- Configuration data: numbers you monitor, checks and schedules you set.
- Test evidence: call recordings (where permitted), transcripts, timings, call status and cost metadata.
- Usage and security data: logs, IP addresses, and events needed to prevent abuse.
- Free test identifier: a random value stored in your browser to count how many free tests a visitor has run. It is not linked to your identity, is never shared, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
2. Why we collect it
To run the tests you request, produce results with evidence, alert you on failures, bill your subscription, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
3. Recordings and transcripts
Recordings and transcripts exist to document your test results. They are encrypted at rest, accessible only to your organization's users, and served exclusively through signed URLs that expire. Recording can be disabled per market where local rules require it.
4. Retention and deletion
Evidence is retained for your plan's history window (30 days on Basic, 90 days on Pro) and then deleted. You can delete monitors, results and your account at any time; deletion requests are honored within the timeframe required by applicable law.
5. Processors
We use managed providers for telephony, speech-to-text, hosting, email and payments, bound by their own data processing terms. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at support@sonaris.io.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction — including the LGPD in Brazil and applicable US and Canadian law — you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact support@sonaris.io to exercise them.
